Sourdough the natural leaven

Sourdough is one of the most important actors in the breadmaking process.
You need a Mother Sourdough culture to start with and there are 3 ways to get it:
- Capture your own natural leaven
- Use someone else Sourdough
- Aquire a certified dry Sourdough pack.

Once you have an active Sourdough it will live as long as you respect the feeding process.
