Quantity calculator : Once you know how much water your flour absorbs and the amount of dough you require the calculator will tell you the amount of sourdough, water, flour and salt required. This calculator uses weight (not volumes) which can be entered as grams, pound or ounces.
Volumes converter : It is sometime interesting when looking at a recipe written with unfamiliar units to convert those. This calculator does just that.
Temperature Converter : Enter a temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit and get it converted.
Dough quantity : Amount of dough required for a specific finish bread weight.
Oven usage : How you can use the slow falling temperature of a wood fired oven.
